As a Financial Advisor Support Representative you will be working in an inbound contact center providing information and guidance to our Merrill Lynch branch office partners on our various banking products/services (i.e. deposit accounts, CDs, IRAs, loans etc.)

As a Financial Advisor Support Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Merrill Lynch branch office partners with clear, complete and accurate responses to their questions and inquiries regarding our banking products/services
  • Guiding the partners through how to use internal tools/resources to support their clients
  • Error-free and timely processing of banking inquiries and various requests
  • Accurate submission of requests to be fulfilled by other teams (i.e. copies of statements, account maintenance, product changes etc.)
  • Navigating through multiple applications and tools to research and resolve issues with client accounts
  • Establishing strong working relationships and effective partnerships with the Merrill Lynch branch office partners
  • Proactively identifying and escalating risks and seeking opportunities to improve the client experience

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum one year proven experience verbally delivering complex information clearly, concisely and understandable to clients/recipients, while quickly establishing trust and exuding positivity and confidence
  • Must have experience gathering, absorbing and using facts/information to make effective decisions and develop sustainable solutions to problems/issues
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt and become highly efficient on new and/or changing systems, applications, policies and procedures
  • Must be disciplined, focused and committed to identifying and escalating risks, providing an exceptional customer experience, delivering quality work and seeking process improvement opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of banking products (i.e. deposit accounts, CDs, IRAs, loans etc.)
