Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) provides services across the world's debt, equity, commodity and foreign exchange markets. This includes liquidity, hedging strategies, industry-leading insights, analytics and competitive pricing to clients consisting of hedge funds, asset managers, pensions and other financial institutions.

This position will be responsible for supporting GBAM marketing to enhance the brand and narrative through the development of messaging, distribution and event strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project Management of complex, multi-line-of-business campaigns
  • Working with senior marketing executives to develop marketing and event-specific strategies
  • Developing strategy measurements, reporting, and administration, which requires a deep understanding of GBAM programs, services, and processes
  • Analyzing and recommending solutions for end –to-end processes that have significant impact affecting multiple and diverse operations
  • Will consult with senior management in evaluating current processes and routines, and develop strategies to implement changes and improvements to those routines
  • Responsible for key business initiatives, meeting routines and agendas, financial control/ budgeting and consolidation
  • Ability to manage in a complex matrix environment; interact with multiple stakeholders, business owners, and leaders at different levels
  • Ability to develop and design executive presentations in PowerPoint

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years solid experience in business support arena including strategic planning/analysis/process and project management
  • 3+ years marketing and/or events experience across multiple channels
  • Experienced leader in strategic planning/analysis
  • Experienced in creating, driving, and sustaining programs in a highly matrix financial driven environment.
  • Excellent and in-depth analytical abilities preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with capacity planning processes/tools
  • Experience managing in a complex matrix environment
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
