Business support, routines, reviews, reporting, communications, GIS, prep for meetings, coordinate with Learning Council. Preparation and administration of Simpsons' SLT, F2Fs, KCBs. Preparation for Bessant Strategic Deep Dive, SLT Meeting and Week Ahead preparation: decks, issues report, talking points (as needed).

 

Key Risk Review: Assist with proofing or materials collection.

Quarterly Regulator Reviews: Provide Org Overview slide and other slides needed.

 

Prep Executive materials for Montag SLT, Strategic Portfolio Management, MTM.

 

Operational Reporting across Simpson org; weekly, monthly, ad hoc, capacity reporting/maintenance, Scorecards.

 

Program management and execution support for Employee Engagement Action Planning and Diversity & Inclusion Council Enterprise Role DescriptionManages administrative support nationally for a business unit, to include developing strategy, measurements, reporting and administration.

 

Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a deep understanding of business unit products, services and processes, and excellent analytical abilities.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Prior experience working with GBAM front office organization and within GTO
  • Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together, cut to the heart of issues to reach consensus & decisions, demonstrate personal courage.
  • Ability to lead across multiple lines of business to orchestrate cohesive oversight and management.
  • Experience building and growing a function and team.
  • 10+ years of business support management experience.
  • Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of gaining buy-in, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization
  • Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Can balance between driving strategy and executing details.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent Lori/Paul in senior forums and with partners across the GBAM Ops organization and front office.
