We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Analyst, Digital Channel.


Principal responsibilities:


  • Independently lead delivery of analytical output, define and drive analysis and insight at regional and local level; identifying trends, areas of improvement and opportunities; creating hypothesis and making recommendations with a view to improving Digital KPIs.
  • Conduct analysis using both online and offline data to identify trends and opportunities for the business; actively create hypotheses and make recommendations to drive forward business performance.
  • Support digital analytics activities in market, uncover value and improve digital maturity of market analytics teams and drive data-driven decision making within stakeholder teams.
  • Create, maintain and evangelize portfolio of digital performance dashboards, models and other analytics artefacts to support Digital teams in market, along with other global and local teams as required.
  • Collaborate closely with other analytics teams to actively ensure the wealth of offline insights are integrated with digital analytics to support decision-making for stakeholders
  • Evangelize and embed best practice with the wider analytics community and business areas.
  • Provide support, knowledge and expertise to continuously improve digital analytics expertise, understanding of digital customer behavior and product performance.




  • Relevant business and technical experience in digital analytics in online retail, travel or financial institutions
  • Proven ability to deliver analytics applications and artefacts utilizing large first, second and third party datasets and experience with enhancing online customer journeys.
  • Proven experience in digital data and analytics solutions in the Segment Engineering, Heat Mapping, Sentiment Analysis, Attribution modelling, Customer touchpoint analysis preferred
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, preferably in the use of Adobe Analytics suite of products
  • Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, previous experience with Qliksense, Tableau or similar
  • Proven ability to drive rapid insights from available data to drive business forward
  • Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skill
