The Client Experience Team works across the COO & Functions HR team to develop and deliver projects and cyclical HR activities in a consistent and effective manner. These projects and activities will include but are not limited to: Reward, Performance Management and Development, Resourcing, Talent and Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Change, HR Transformation, HR related queries.
 
You will be responsible for the delivery and end to end management of these projects and activities supported by a Client Experience Relationship Manager who will own the overall delivery. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to streamline processes in order to deliver a consistent HR service across COO & Functions. The Client Experience HRBPs will not be aligned to a specific client group within COO & Functions, instead they will be expected to work with multiple Client Aligned HRBPs on a number of different projects at any one time.
 
Your Role:
  • Supporting Client Aligned HRBPs to deliver projects that embed the COO & Functions People Plans.
  • Supporting Client Aligned HRBPs and the Client Experience Relationship Managers to execute the HR cyclical processes.
  • Streamline and standardize products and drive consistent offerings across the different client groups.
  • Acting as the point of contact for HR related queries and identifying ways to automate and streamline HR support to employees and line managers.
  • Partnering with HR Operations and Centres of Excellence colleagues to deliver a seamless HR service to COO & Functions.
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree / Equivalent Experience.
  • Previous HR Business Partner & Project Management Experience, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Change and project management experience.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of HR from an operational and transformational perspective.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, execute flawlessly, and understand HR processes.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple project types and demands whilst supporting numerous Named HRBPs.
