Reporting to a Senior Manager Business Analysis, the Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide support and guidance in the management of all Real Estate, Technology and logistical functions in respect to the day to day operations of the Stratford-based Canadian Banking Technology (CBT) locations at bank's 60 Erie Street & 10 Wright Boulevard.

The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for providing administrative support & contributes to the overall success of the departments by ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are delivered in support of the team’s performance-oriented culture and business objectives.

1) Premises Maintenance – workstation management, onboarding/off-boarding requests, physical & IT access management, parking management, common area management (kitchens, LAN rooms, plants).
2) Manage budgets and paying invoices.
3) General Office/Administrative duties – mail distribution, key management, distribution lists, phone lists.
4) All administrative duties pertaining to Fire & Safety, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), mail logistics, staff communications, Outlook mail distribution lists, office/electronic supplies, company vehicles.

- Must have 5+ years of working experience as an Administrative Assistant in a medium to large sized company.
- Must have strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Possess demonstrated PC proficiency skills, including advanced knowledge of all MS Office Suite of products (e.g., Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Lync).
- Comfortable with numbers & a fast-paced work environment.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail.
- A high level of discretion required when dealing in confidential matters.
- Good presentation skills & the ability to organize, act with urgency and multi-task.

- College diploma in Administration Assistant program or a related field is highly desired.
