Central Bankers say that they can't do it alone. Ben Bernanke and the Federal Reserve have continued the notion that their power is limited and there is not much more they can do to support the economy from another possible recession. The Fed blames high unemployment, crimping spending, and a volatile stock market on the current economic outlook.

They should change their policies of operating management and hire dynamic person in sales which will boast their sales.

I agree with the comment that if they want a good banking then they have to change their some policies and also management.
