i want to know a trend of any public sector bank giving more interet.

hi,

i wanted to open an account in public sector bank, i noticed few banks have been giving better interest rates for fixed deposited
than other banks.
but what i know is current status of few years .
please tel me which bank has been giving better interest rates on fd so that i can open account in it.

ex(i may be wrong pls correct me) i have seen laxmi vilas bank , tamilnad marchetial bank and ratnaker bank they have been giving good interest rates together than icici bank in past few years.
